Information we collect
In connection with our services, we may process:
- business contact details of event organizers (name, email address, mobile phone number);
- GPS location data transmitted by beacons and devices during an event;
- technical data required for the application to function properly (device identifiers, logs, preferences).
How we use your information
We use this data solely to provide and improve our services: displaying live tracking, enabling navigation, managing routes and sending organizers operational alerts about GPS beacon status. We do not use your mobile phone number for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure our site’s audience and improve it. Analytics measurement (“analytics_storage”) is disabled by default: in line with Google Consent Mode v2, no analytics cookie is set until you give your consent through our banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies and site data in your browser, which will show the choice banner again.
SMS alerts (GPS beacon status)
RaidLine uses Twilio to send SMS alerts about GPS beacon status (for example low battery, beacon offline or an emergency signal) exclusively to event organizers. These organizers consent to receive these messages as part of the Master Service Agreement they sign with RaidLine. These messages are operational, not promotional, in nature.
No mobile information or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share your data only with the subcontractors strictly necessary to deliver the service, such as our SMS provider (Twilio), and solely to deliver the messages on your behalf. These providers are required to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.
In particular, no mobile phone number information or SMS consent is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights
