These terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by RaidLine LLC (“RaidLine”, “we”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

The service

RaidLine provides a white-label mobile application for live GPS tracking, navigation and route management for rally-raid organizers, together with operational alerts about GPS beacon status.

Access and eligibility

Our services and alerts are intended for event organizers with whom RaidLine has entered into a Master Service Agreement. Access to administration features and SMS alerts is reserved for those organizers.

Notifications and SMS

Organizers may receive SMS alerts about GPS beacon status. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. The related data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the services in accordance with applicable laws and not to compromise their security, integrity or availability. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Intellectual property

The application, its technology and its content (excluding branding elements supplied by the organizer) remain the property of RaidLine LLC. No rights are granted beyond the use provided for in your agreement.

Disclaimers and safety

The services are provided “as is”. GPS tracking and alerts may depend on network coverage, hardware and external factors. They do not replace appropriate safety equipment and emergency procedures: do not rely solely on alerts for the safety of individuals.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RaidLine shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
